Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you can submit a counter-notice. To submit a valid counter-notice, please provide the following:

  2. Identification of the material that was removed, and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the district where you reside (or where the service provider is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files an action seeking a court order.
